Ajay Singh brings more than two decades of experience in the development sector, with a strong focus on skill development, livelihoods enhancement, public policy and programme implementation.

He currently works with EY LLP as Senior Consultant and serves as Additional Programme Manager (Monitoring and Implementation) at the client site of the Department of Skills, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Government of Rajasthan. His experience includes flagship initiatives such as DDU-GKY, PMKVY, Special SGSY and other state-government programmes.

His expertise spans policy and scheme formulation, project appraisal and implementation, training and capacity building, job fairs and corporate engagement, CSR strategy, Monitoring & Evaluation, SHG development and cluster innovation. His strategic contributions include work on Rajasthan's first State Skill Policy 2025 and inputs to Viksit Rajasthan 2047 and Rajasthan Employment Policy 2026 vision documents.
