Ankur's career is marked by his strategic work at the intersection of private industry, skill development, and large-scale consulting, aiming to drive organizational growth through professional skill sets.

Government Consulting (7+ years): Currently serving as a Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services (EY). His tenure at a leading global firm highlights his expertise in project management, strategic support, and delivering insights for government clients, particularly in the social sector.

Skill Development & Industry Tie-ups: Served as Assistant Manager - Industry Tie up & Placement at IL&FS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED. In this critical role, he was instrumental in:

Forging strong industry linkages across PAN India to secure job opportunities for thousands of candidates.

Balancing operational demands with a people-first approach, managing placements, and mentoring placement officers across geographies (as noted by a recommender).

Social Research & Program Management: Gained experience as a Consultant in the social research division of Mott MacDonald. Earlier, he worked as a Project Manager at Pragati Gramudyog evan Samaj kalyan Sansthan (NGO), where he handled community development, institutional building, training, and social research.
