Apurva is a seasoned CSR professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility. He is a strategic thinker recognized for successfully coordinating, managing, and scaling diverse CSR projects across India.

CSR Strategy & Design: Expertise in developing comprehensive CSR strategies, and conceptualizing and designing innovative projects that align with corporate values and national/global standards.

Project Management & Execution: Proven ability in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on large-scale CSR activities across key areas like water conservation, education, health, and livelihood.

Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in collaboration with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to ensure project success and sustainability.

Leadership & Management: Proficient in impact assessment, budgeting, reporting, and communication, all vital functions for a strategic CSR leader.

Apurva's career path showcases a trajectory of increasing responsibility and significant contribution across major corporate and social organizations:

Head CSR @ Jindal Steel, Raigarh (Current Role): Currently serving as General Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility at Jindal Steel Ltd. in Raigarh, where he leads the budgeting, planning, implementing, and monitoring of all CSR activities for the company's operations in Chhattisgarh.

Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. (12+ years): Held various leadership roles, culminating as Deputy General Manager, where he was instrumental in shaping the company's CSR footprint across various states.

Reliance Foundation (Jan 2008 – Mar 2013): Served as a Project Manager, coordinating and managing the critical Mission BIJ project at Rajnandgaon for the foundation.
