Bharat is a highly experienced microfinance professional with nearly two decades dedicated to financial inclusion, currently serving as Vice President-Sr. Business Head Operations at Satin Creditcare Network Limited.

Bharat Singh's career is marked by exceptional leadership in large-scale microfinance operations, demonstrating a sharp focus on business expansion, portfolio quality, and risk management across key regions.

Senior Business Head (7+ years at Satin Creditcare): Currently leading operations in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar as Vice President-Sr. Business Head Operations. His role is strategic, focusing on microfinance, risk management, and strategic planning to ensure portfolio quality and drive organizational growth in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Large-Scale Operations Management: Held progressive leadership roles within Satin Creditcare, including VP, Deputy VP, and Assistant VP of Operations, where he oversaw core business activities and led dedicated teams.

Regional Management: Spent over 9 years at SKS Microfinance Limited and a year at Arohan Financial Services Private Limited, where he gained intensive field-level experience. As a Regional Manager at SKS, he supervised four areas (Varanasi, Allahabad, Azamgarh, Gazipur) with around 350 staff members, managing a profitable and quality-wise sound micro loan portfolio against local competition.

Foundation in Risk and Expansion: Early in his career, he was responsible for new branch opening, staff recruitment, quality business, and risk management as an Area Manager for SKS Microfinance.

Bharat holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Rural Development and Management from the University of Allahabad (2006–2008), providing the foundational knowledge for his career in economic empowerment and social services.
