Government Service (Current Role): Serving as Assistant Statistical Officer for the U.P. Government. This role emphasizes expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and information systems, which are vital for effective policy planning and evaluation within the state administration.
Development Program Management (Samaj Pragati Sahayog): Gained valuable and intensive field experience as a Program Officer at Samaj Pragati Sahayog (3 years 1 month). This position involved the hands-on planning, execution, and monitoring of rural development initiatives at the community level in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
