Raj Kumar Pandey is a highly experienced development professional from the First Batch (2001–03), with 21 years of work in Monitoring & Evaluation, data analysis and project management across public health, climate change and livelihoods.

His expertise includes the design and establishment of M&E systems, data transformation, impact evaluation and data-quality strengthening. He has also worked extensively on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS), including technical support linked to birth and death registration systems.

His career includes major programme roles and assignments connected with UNDP, Rainforest Alliance, CDC Foundation and UNICEF, spanning climate resilience, biodiversity, sustainable landscapes and national flagship programmes.
