Rajeev Kushwaha is a development practitioner from the MBA(RD) 2005–07 batch with more than 16 years of experience across CSR, sustainable livelihoods, rural entrepreneurship and skill development.

He currently serves as General Manager at Basudeo Kanoria Seva Sansthan (CHEVIOT Group), where he develops and executes philanthropy and development strategy focused on sustainable livelihoods, watershed management and inclusive growth.

His earlier roles include multi-state livelihood and entrepreneurship programmes with Save the Children and large value-chain and skill-development initiatives with ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth.
