Rajesh Yadav is a distinguished alumnus from the First Batch (2001–03) and an experienced agribusiness and supply-chain leader with more than 20 years of work across the farm-to-consumer value chain.

He is Co-Founder & CSO of NextOn Foods Private Limited, where he focuses on building efficient agri supply chains, improving farmer linkages and serving domestic and international markets.

His earlier career includes leadership in procurement and backward integration at Food Service India and more than nine years in procurement and operations at FieldFresh Foods (Bharti-DelMonte JV), with deep experience in contract farming, fresh produce, vendor development and food-processing operations.
