Rashmi Mishra is an alumna of the MBA(RD) 2005–07 batch and a seasoned development professional with a strong focus on livelihoods, CSR, social impact and programme strategy.

She currently serves as Deputy General Manager at Learning Links Foundation, where she contributes to strategic initiatives and programme oversight. Her experience includes designing, budgeting and implementing large-scale social-welfare and livelihood programmes, developing operating systems, monitoring projects and building partnerships.

A significant part of her journey includes the Eye Mitra initiative, where she helped develop a rural entrepreneurship model across multiple states, as well as the expansion of livelihood and training centres across North India.
