Rita Jha is a highly experienced alumna from the Third Batch (2003–05) whose career spans grassroots microfinance and institutional development finance.

She currently serves as Assistant General Manager at SIDBI and has progressed through multiple roles at the institution over more than 17 years, contributing to the promotion, financing and development of the MSME sector.

Rita began her career with rural-development and microfinance exposure through CAPART and SEWA Bank, building a practical understanding of small enterprises, informal-sector needs and women's economic empowerment.
