We are delighted to introduce a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader in the development sector, Sutul Srivastava, from the 2004–2006 , fourth Batch! Sutul is a seasoned professional with a career dedicated to driving social impact through non-profit management, program leadership, and development communication. Sutul is the Founder and CEO of Svaja Foundation, a not-for-profit organization. She has led the foundation as Founder and CEO since September 2023, marking two years of dedicated leadership. Sutul's experience spans nearly two decades in key roles across prominent development organizations like Project Manager at Cohesion Foundation, Project Coordinator at Action Beyond Help & Support. Her career began as an Assistant Program Officer at the Association for Stimulating Know-how. She was the Lead of the Swavlamban Programme at DRISHTEE from December 2016 to August 2019 and Sutul spent nearly six years at Development Alternatives as a Manager - Development Communication. She also held the position of Manager - Advocacy at the CDC. Sutul also worked as a Freelance Consultant for partnership and communication We welcome Sutul Srivastava and look forward to celebrating her entrepreneurial journey and extensive contributions to social and rural development!
