Tanushree possesses a powerful combination of grassroots experience and high-level corporate management, specializing in the financial services and microfinance industry. Her career is marked by her ability to bridge operational needs with strategic product development and risk mitigation.
Product Innovation & Design: Expertise in designing innovative lending and insurance products specifically for MFI customers, including regular and NPA (Non-Performing Asset) customers, driving financial inclusion.
Risk Management & Compliance: Served as Head of Risk Management, responsible for establishing an overall risk management process, risk assessment, corporate governance, and ensuring policy and compliance (Nirantara Community Services).
Operations & Business Strategy: Proven ability in Business Planning, creating complete business plans (including break-even analysis and execution plans), establishing process documentation for loan and recovery procedures, and leading entire operational functions (Varyant Operation & Technology).
