Vinod Kumar Pandey is an alumnus from the Third Batch (2003–05) and a CSR professional with extensive experience in rural-development management and corporate social responsibility.

He currently serves as Assistant General Manager – CSR at NMDC Limited, having progressed through Manager and Senior Manager roles while leading significant CSR initiatives.

His earlier career includes CSR responsibility at Essar, community-centred biofuel work at Reliance Industries, bamboo-based enterprise development with CIBART and ecological-restoration work with the Foundation for Ecological Security. His work combines project management, stakeholder relations and community institution building.
