The GBPSSI-AAN community is pleased to introduce Mr. Vivek Kumar Gautam, a committed alumnus from the Fourth Batch (2004-06). Vivek is a specialized professional with nearly two decades of experience in Community Development, CSR, and Project Management, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Coal India Limited.

Vivek's career demonstrates a significant shift from implementing key government livelihood schemes to managing the critical social and community aspects of a major Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Land Acquisition (11+ years): Currently, he is a Deputy Manager at Coal India Limited, where his responsibilities are focused on CSR initiatives and the sensitive work of Land Acquisition. He previously served as an MT-CD (Management Trainee-Community Development) at South Eastern Coalfields Ltd (SECL), gaining in-depth experience as a CSR executive.

Livelihood Promotion & Capacity Building: Spent five years as an AM-EP&CB (Assistant Manager-Enterprise Promotion & Capacity Building) at the Uttarakhand Livelihood Improvement Project For Himalayas (ULIPH). This role focused entirely on livelihood with enterprise promotion and capacity building in rural Uttarakhand.

Grassroots Government Program Management: Began his career as a Deputy Program Officer for MNREGA, where he was responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of the scheme at the block level, including managing HR for the staff.
